"Eagle Eye" to Film in Ward 6 |

Ward 6 is shaping up to be a major player in the cinematic world. After our fabulous debut in August, we now have yet another opportunity to demonstrate what a great town we live in. Dream Works will be filming its major motion picture “Eagle Eye” on March 8th and 10th, 2008. The following is information obtained from the Office of Motion Picture & TV Development about the film and the street closure schedule for the production. In the film, Shia Labeouf (“Transformers”) reteams with "Disturbia" director D.J. Caruso playing a young slacker whose twin brother has died mysteriously. Rachel (Monaghan) finds that her child is missing, and soon the two strangers realize that they have been framed as terrorists.
