Shared by Liz Price and the NoMa BID: Come join the NoMa Business Improvement District Wednesday July 29th for the last of our free summer outdoor movie series! For our last movie this summer we will be giving out prizes from Five Guys, Heidi’s Brooklyn Deli, Pound Coffee and Courtyard by Marriott. Festivities start at 7PM with BBQ and music by DJ Fatback. The movies will start at dusk (approx 9 PM). Event location is at the corner of 2nd and L Streets NE, one block south of New York Avenue Metro Station. This week we will be screening “DIG!,” the story of The Brian Jonestown Massacre, a band with critical acclaim but no commercial success, as told by arch nemesis and biggest fan, The Dandy Warhols. Come, bring blankets, lawn chairs, coolers and enjoy great films under the stars. To find out more go to www.nomasummerscreen.com. Films take place rain or shine. Unfortunately, this film does not have captions available for the hearing impaired.
