The 4th Annual Ward 6 Family Day is this Saturday at the Sherwood Recreation Center (640 10th Street NE) from 1 to 4 pm!

We will have free food from Harris Teeter, raffle prizes galore (Washington Nationals and gift certificates to many local businesses), face painting, arts and crafts, free health screenings, a water activity for kids, music, games and much much more.

As in years past, this is a great event to bring together friends from across Ward 6 to celebrate and strengthen the wonderful neighborhoods in the ward – Rosedale, Capitol Hill, Hill East, Penn Quarter, Southwest, NoMa and many more.
