I first met Tommy Wells in Ward 6 at a March For Peace event to prevent gun violence on the streets of DC and get guns out of the hands of our youth. Since then, Tommy and I have developed a great relationship.

Washington, D.C. – The D.C. Police Union, Fraternal Order of Police, Metropolitan Police Department Labor Committee has endorsed Council member Tommy Wells for Mayor of the District of Columbia.
The D.C. Police Union represents the more than 3,600 police officers, detectives, and sergeants of the Metropolitan Police Department in Washington, D.C. The Executive Council of the D.C. Police Union voted unanimously to endorse Tommy Wells.Read more
