The Rosedale Citizens Alliance (RCA) is a 501-C-3 non-profit organization consisting of residents of Rosedale and surrounding neighborhoods in Washington DC.  Roughly, our area extends from 14th St to Oklahoma Ave NE and C St to H St/Benning Rd NE.  RCA was established to help residents collaborate on important goals for our community.  We coordinate neighborhood clean-ups and other volunteer projects, organize forums with civic leaders, testify at DC Council hearings, and run the local community garden.
